- Deposit: £200 (non-refundable) on booking.
- Balance: To be paid 3 weeks before arrival.
- Cancellation: Failure to pay the balance will result in booking cancellation.
- Dog Policy: £20 for each dog for the duration of the stay, maximum 2 dogs. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. The owner must remove any fouling immediately.
- Check-in: Any time after 3pm.
- Check-out: Before 10am.
- Bedding: Supplied, but you need to bring your own towels.
- Parking: For up to two vehicles.
- Speed Limit: All vehicles must adhere to the 5mph speed limit within the park.
- Waste Disposal: Please ensure that you recycle responsibly and use the designated refuse area for rubbish disposal.
- Barbeques: Barbeques are allowed, provided they are above ground level and not on the decking.
- Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 5 must be supervised by an adult at all times on the park.
- Accommodation Limits: Accommodation must not exceed the designated capacity, and no vehicles should be used as additional accommodation.
- Alcohol Consumption: Any Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
- Noise Control: Noise levels should be kept reasonable at all times, with quiet time between 10 PM and 8 AM.
- Behaviour: Unruly behaviour, bad language, and loud music/television are not tolerated.
- Prohibited Items: Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited.
- No Trading: Trading activities are not permitted on the park.
- Insurance Requirement: Comprehensive insurance cover is required for all accommodations. All motor vehicles on the park must have third-party, fire, and theft insurance.
- Liability Disclaimer: Management is not liable for any loss or damage, however caused.
- Injury or Damage: Management is not responsible for any injury or damage sustained by any person on the park.
- Damage Liability: Offenders will be responsible for any damage caused to or on Ty Gwyn Caravan and Camping Park.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate dismissal from the park without a refund. Management reserves the right to amend the rules as necessary.
